I've been needy lately. Today was my day off (thank goodness) and it was very much needed.
D, because he is beyond amazing, took the day off too.
He has no idea how much I needed him today.
Without him, I would've sat on the couch all day, cried when I was hungry, slept on the couch when I was hungry instead of getting food, watched stupid stuff on Netflix, and been a grumpy hot mess.
Because of him, we got grocery shopping done (we haven't been grocery shopping since beginning of September - for reals), got him some new jeans, slept in, I ate 3 meals, dishes got done, food got prepped and stored and I am a happy kid.
Seriously, husband-man is the best man I know.
I owe him big time.
