THE PREGNANCY DIET!
- Eat only bland foods (rice, bread, potatoes, no seasoning).
- Drink only gatorade or powerade.
- Throw up everything you eat and drink (you can take this one even further by throwing up at the mention or thought of food and drink).
- Throw up every time you smell anything (good or bad - don't wimp out here!).
- Throw up when you wake up (don't limit yourself to just the morning - naps, middle of the night, they all count!).
- Throw up if/when you've been on your feet for more than 20 minutes (when in doubt, round up).
- Throw up if you've been in a car, train, bus, plane for more than 20 minutes (again, when in doubt, round up).
- Once in a while, just throw up for the heck of it!
"My name is L and I've been on the pregnancy diet for 22 weeks now. I've lost a grand total of 15 pounds! And I've kept it off! My abs get a great workout from all the throwing up. And I don't miss food nearly as much as I thought I would!*"
*Confession: I do miss food.
And, for the record, I hate throwing up.

A friendly thought from your dental friend: might I suggest an extra trip to the dentist? The vomiting is horrid to go through (SO SORRY!!!!) but the stomach acid hitting your teeth can be even worse long-term if not treated. And it'll just help you feel better.
