Find a way back to then

I'm on a crusade.
It's a weight loss crusade.

Here's the story: Once upon a time I started working at this bank. It was right after we graduated, so we weren't walking to and from campus every day, so I was less active. D and I would come home from work and sit on the couch and not really do anything. And then work got stressful. And I ate my feelings. And gained weight. And then work got even more stressful. And I ate more feelings. And gained more weight. I would come home from work at night and just sit and eat.

I've never been this heavy before in my life.

But NO MORE!
I'M DONE!

I've been going to the gym for the last 3 days for an hour plus each time. My calorie count has been cut down to 1130. And I feel good!
(I mean, I'm sore, but it's a good thing.)

The hardest thing will be to keep going, to sustain this exercise and eating routine.

But I'm determined, so here we go!
