Two Months!

My handsome boy is two months old today!!

Nicknames: Jack, Little Love, Little Man, Handsome Boy, Little One, Jack-Jack, Jackson Man, Stink

This Month:

• Jack flew from Oregon to California.
• He has almost mastered the art of sticking his hand into his mouth to suck on it.
• He has gone through more casts - he's currently on his 8th, and hopefully last, cast to correct his clubbed foot.  
• He still hates his car seat.
• He is awake for longer periods of time and so fun to play with while he's awake!
• He loves to play on his back on his playmat.
•  Tummy time is not so fun for him, but he is so strong and can hold himself up for quite a while!
• He loves the vinyl tree on his wall.
• He's almost mastered the art of smiling.  I find myself making all sorts of goofy sounds and faces to try and coax a smile out of him.  We're getting there.
• He met B and A - two of my best friends from college.
• He still loves to snuggle and be snuggled.  
• When he gets mad, he pounds both legs into the ground.  It's hilarious!
• He doesn't really care for his pacifier - totally fine with me.
• He is in size 1 diapers and a mix of newborn and 0-3 month clothes.
• His eyes are super blue!  We don't think they're going to change...
• He and Izzy are becoming friends.

We adore him!

Jack and his second cousin A - they were born almost a month apart and A is bigger than he is.  A was due May 26, Jack was due June 2.  Jack was born May 9, Avery was born June 3.
