Look at me be domestic!

I bought a sewing machine.

And I'm so happy!

I know. What the random, right?

I have no idea what I'm doing, really. I mean, I sewed a quilt with my grandma when I was 12. But my lines were crooked and I wasn't a gifted seamstress, so put it kindly. But I enjoyed it!

So far, I have hemmed a table cloth (is hemmed even the right term?), re-hemmed a shirt (it got a hole in it right near the bottom so I just re-hemmed it and made it a little shorter!), and hemmed a pair of pants.

What a domestic diva I am!

Now, I need someone to teach me to sew in a straight line. :)
