Basic Tee

A "staple" for any girl's closet is a basic t-shirt, right?

But, let's be honest here, we all own more than one basic t-shirt.

 Confession: I even own several in the same color.

Why?

Why do I have 3 basic black t-shirts?

Because I have been searching high and low for a great t-shirt at a good price!

I found one at a good price - it stretched, faded, and wore out super fast.

I found one that was good quality - it cost a little more than I was willing to spend for such a basic shirt.

But I have found the ultimate basic tee.

It holds its shape so nicely.

It doesn't fade.

It hasn't worn, even with many (many) wears (with a baby, no less!).

It has a little bit of stretch to it, so even when your kid is pulling on you, your shirt covers the essentials.

It's lightweight and breathable.

It lays very nicely under cardigans or sweaters but it also looks great by itself or with a big statement necklace or whatever!

It's long enough to cover what needs to be covered and it doesn't ride up when you sit down or bend over to pick something up.

They come in 8 or 10 colors.  

(Maybe more - I'm a music teacher and get distracted counting past four.)

I currently own this shirt in white, black and pink (and, honestly, the pink gets the most wear).
