Christmas shouldn't be about receiving gifts.

It should be about giving gifts.

Right?

Well, I was a spoiled girl this year and I love the gifts I received!

(It probably helps that I actually made a "wish list" this year.)

While it's hard to pick a fave, these two are right up there!

2 rings from D and J.

One of them is an "emerald" (fake emerald, but I love it) anniversary band - emerald is J's birth stone.

The other ring is a silver elephant ring - J's room is elephants and his lullaby is from Dumbo.

I'm a sentimental softy.  

And I suspect that this will only get worse the older I get.

I love wearing these two rings that remind me of my sweet boys.

(And J doesn't try and put rings in his mouth like he puts earrings and necklaces in his mouth, so that's a plus, too.)

I love the timing of Christmas and that it leads me right into the New Year in such a positive way, feeling so blessed and loved!
